Antonin Colas was born in the Loire Valley, trained in a Michelin-starred kitchen in France, and has cooked privately in the Portland metro since 2018. Camas dinners typically run a little later: the drive home doesn't matter, and the homes have the room for a long evening. Plenty of his Loire–Willamette wine-pairing nights happen here.
