Le MariageWillamette Valley Wedding Caterer

French wedding catering at Willamette Valley estates and private vineyards. Plated, family-style, or French country buffet. Loire–Willamette wine pairings available as the signature.

A wedding caterer for the valley.

Antonin Colas caters weddings at Willamette Valley estates and private vineyards from a French-classical foundation: a menu sketched to the season, a service plan written for your timeline, and a kitchen the property's manager is happy to see. Most of his wedding work happens at vineyard venues in the Dundee Hills, Yamhill-Carlton, and Eola-Amity: the kind of estates where the wine is the day's other star and the menu needs to know what to do next to it.

Common formats: a plated dinner for 30–80, a French country buffet for 80–150, a passed-canapé apéritif followed by a seated dinner, or a long-table family-style menu for vineyard properties built for it. Loire ↔ Willamette wine pairings by varietal are available as a tasting-menu signature.

48 hours from inquiry to proposal.

Tell Antonin the date, the venue, the guest count, and what you want the day to feel like. He'll reply within 48 hours with a written proposal: a menu sketched to the season, a guest-count-based price, and any pass-throughs (rentals, service staff, travel). Six months ahead is comfortable; peak Willamette dates (June–October weekends) often book twelve months ahead. More on how he caters.

From $2,000.

$2,000 event minimum. Per-guest pricing depends on the menu format, the guest count, and the venue's kitchen setup. Travel beyond Portland metro and Willamette estates is a flat pass-through, stated in the proposal.
