Antonin Colas was born in the Loire Valley, trained in a Michelin-starred kitchen in France, and has cooked privately in the Portland metro since 2018. Most of his Lake Oswego dinners happen on the lake side or up the hill from First Addition, homes with kitchens that have the run-of-room he needs, and dining rooms that can hold a long table.

Included in the standard rate: Lake Oswego is inside the Portland metro 15-mile radius. He brings every plate and pan, shops the morning of, and leaves the kitchen the way he found it.

The only program of its kind in the Pacific Northwest.

Each course at a wine-paired dinner sits next to one Loire bottle and one Willamette bottle of the same varietal: chenin blanc from Vouvray next to Eola-Amity Riesling; cabernet franc from Saumur-Champigny next to Yamhill-Carlton pinot. Antonin's brothers make wine in the Loire. The pairing is the signature.
